About TrayNeo
TrayNeo is an independent project for understanding cable tray geometry and visualising fabrication steps.
The goal is to make measurements, calculations and bend shapes easier to understand on a phone or computer. Tools are developed gradually, with examples and feedback used to improve them.
How to use the results
The vertical offset tool calculates ideal geometry. Its 3D stages show a continuous-base method with a closing V notch, an opening slit and an illustrative connection cover. Material allowances and connection specifications are not included. Check the measurement reference and applicability before using a result.
How we improve tools
Each tool has its own explanation and examples. If a result or demonstration is unclear, send a report from that tool. Preview labels identify work that is still being refined.
