Two V-notches and one intermediate section. Calculate both fold stations and inspect left or right turns.

Three equal notches, two intermediate sections and a retained outer wall at every joint.

Four smaller-angle notches and three intermediate sections with adjustable spacing.

Each method shows an ideal geometric layout. Check the tray profile, material allowances and connection detail before fabrication.
